Kara and Connor’s best day ever was like a beautiful symphony to rustic barn weddings. Tying the knot outdoors, they had those earthy fall colors, a golden sunset, roasted Smores, a bonfire and an evening dancing under the stars. It was a perfect celebration.
This couple, who romantically describes their relationship as “tangled up in love,” met at a rock climbing gym. “I can’t imagine a better climbing partner, adventure partner and life partner,” says Kara. Rock climbing is one of the many pastimes they enjoy together as well as hiking, watching Netflix and spending time with their friends and family.
A wedding outside was a natural choice for this outdoorsy couple. Before the ceremony, we had a first look in a pretty wooded area and it was so dreamy. Kara looked gorgeous in a fitting lacy gown and her hair loosely braided and Connor wore a stylish outfit with suspenders.
You can see the way these two look at each other that they are so head-over-heels in love. They expressed their feelings at a ceremony under a rustic wooden archway adorned with red and white flowers matching the bride’s bouquet. Both Kara’s parents proudly walked her down the aisle. It was a one-way walk for Kara because Connor scooped her up and carried her down the aisle after the celebrant announced them as married.
The upbeat sounds and the words match this couple’s love story perfectly. In case you are wondering it is by Fred V & Grafix – One of a Kind (feat. Tudor).
A little line dancing in cowboy boots between photo booth posing and feasting on Smores instead of wedding cake was enjoyed after dinner and speeches. If you ever thought a fall wedding would be nice, this is proof of what an amazing time of year it is to get married.
